WP 14 - Review and assessment

The objective of this workpackage is to internally and independently assess and evaluate the project’s performance against set criteria and baseline measurements from the outset of the project to its conclusion. The workpackage will run throughout the HYDRA project and will ensure the effective and impartial review and assessment of the project’s objectives attainment.

The work will involve the assessment and reporting of the project’s progress and outcomes at key predetermined checkpoints and in particular at the conclusion of each workpackage. It will involve review and assessments by experts both internal and independent to the project and the project partners.

It should be noted that this workpackage is intended to be a checkpointing exercise to ensure that the project is attaining its objectives at key points where corrective action can be effectively taken if necessary. To this end it will be pragmatic in limiting the resource requirements and focusing upon the clear reporting of objectives attainment level and assigning corrective actions. The project’s work will in the main be evaluated and assessed as an on-going process under the progression of each and every workpackage and is included in the resources allocated to these.
