The Hydra coordinater FhG FIT is a member of ARTEMISIA, the association for R&D actors in the field of ARTEMIS: Advanced Research & Technology for EMbedded Intelligence and Systems.
The Hydra middleware allows developers to create inclusive applications with a high degree of accessibility for all. The Hydra project supports the Commissions campaign: eInclusion - be part of it!
The Hydra project is part of the Cluster of European projects on the Internet of Things. The Cluster aims to promote a common vision of the Internet of Things.

T-Connect
is engaged in research and development of wireless applications on third
generation platforms (UMTS/WLAN) for mobile communications services.
T-Connect is set up in AREA Science Park, in Trieste, one of the leading
multi-sector Science Parks in Europe.
T-Connect
has also competences and know-how in relation to localisation
technologies for indoor environments, e.g. using Wi-Fi, or outdoor with
GPS and mobile network.
At
present a collaboration is started with a 3G mobile carrier for
functional and Inter-operability (IOT) testing on wireless
products/systems (2.5-3G mobile networks, Wi-Fi/WiMAX and DVB-H).
