This deliverable provides a framework for training application and software designers to identify ethical issues related to the design of services and applications for the elderly, in particular healthcare, assistive and monitoring technologies. The identification of possible ethical problems is a prerequisite for proposing feasible solutions before a service or an application enters the market.
