Eisenhauer, M., Fraunhofer Institute for Applied Information Technology, Germany, Rosengren, P., CNet Svenska AB, Sweden, and Antolin, P., Telefónica I+D, Spain. The HYDRA project develops middleware for networked embedded systems that allows developers to create ambient intelligence applications based on wireless devices and sensors. Through its unique combination of Service-oriented Architecture (SoA) and a semantic-based Model Driven Architecture, HYDRA will enable the development of generic services based on open standards. This paper was presented at the 6th Annual IEEE Communications Society Conference on Sensor, Mesh and Ad Hoc Communications and Networks (SECON 2009) merged with IEEE International Workshop on Wireless Ad-hoc and Sensor Networks (IWWAN), Rome, Italy, 22-26 June 2009. |
