First external review meeting of Hydra
The arrangements for project reviews have been established to reflect the delivery of major deliverables in the project as follows:• A preliminary review at Month 8 following the production of D3.3: Architectural Design Report to agree the overall direction and approach being taken by the project.
• A first full review at Month 12 by which time a number of key technical deliverables will have been produced. This review will also be used to agree the detailed implementation plan for the second 18 months
• Further reviews will be held at months 24, 36 and 48.
The first full review is expected to discuss and comment on more than 20 project deliverables.
